ORDER (ORAL)
URMITA DATTA SEN, MEMBER(J):
The instant application has been filed by 58 applicants for joint prosecution. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the issue involved in this case is identical one, hence, applicants' prayer to join together in a single application may be allowed; and is therefore allowed.
2. Heard Learned counsel for both sides.
3. The instant application has been filed praying for grant of benefits of Non Functional Grade (NFG) Pay scale of PB2 Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- from the date of their completion of 4 years of service.
4. Learned counsel for the applicants has fairly submitted that similar issue has already been considered by this Tribunal in O.A No. 93/2022 as well as in OA/272/2019 and, subsequently, the case of those similarly situated persons were also complied with.

5. Further, in this regard, applicants have preferred representations (Annexure A/20 colly) before the authorities, which are still pending before them with no response. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicants has fairly submitted that it would suffice the purpose of the applicants if the Respondent no. 4 be directed for consideration of their representations treating this O.A as a part of it and communicate his decision by way of a reasoned and speaking order and extend the benefits of the judgement referred as above, within a stipulated period of time.
6. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objections to consider the pending representations of the applicants after verifying the facts.
7. In view of the above, respondent No. 4 i.e the Chief Commissioner, Customs, Central Excise and CGST, Guwahati Zone, GST Bhawan, Kedar Road, Guwahati, is directed to consider the pending representations of the applicants treating this O.A as a part of it, after taking into O.A. No. 040/00253/2023 Item No 2 15 account the judgement passed by this Tribunal (supra) as well as of the Office Order No. 66/2023 dated 18.08.2023, and communicate its decision by way of a reasoned and speaking order and if the applicants are found to be entitled for extension of benefits of such order, the same should be extended within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
8. Applicants are directed to serve extra copy of this O.A. along with a copy of this order to the respondent No. 4 within 7 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
9. Accordingly the O.A stands disposed of at the admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
