Section 20(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)Subject to the recommendations of the All India Council for Technical Education and the guidelines of the University Grants Commission, as accepted by the State Government, and the provisions of this Act, the designations, qualifications, method of recruitment, pay, allowances and other conditions of service of all teachers of the University and their powers and duties shall be such as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and regulations.
