Section 5(4) in The Edible Oils Packaging (Regulation) Order, 1998
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clause (1) and (2), the Edible Oils Commissioner may by order published in the Official Gazette, specify any other conditions to be complied with by a registered packer, and it shall be the duty of every registered packer to comply with such conditions.
