Section 306(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)The petrol, diesel or power line tanks of vehicles shall be fitted with locks and the keys thereof shall be kept in the possession of the Controlling officer or any Officer authorised by him who should be present when petrol, diesel or power line is put in the tank.
