Section 24A(1) in The Gujarat University Act, 1949
(1)For the purpose of organizing and co ordinating the post-graduate instruction, teaching and training in the University area there shall be such number of Boards of University Teaching and Research, and dealing with such subjects as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
