21. Electoral offences.
(1)For the purposes of this Act, the electoral offences provided for in section 125 to 136 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), shall be the electoral offences at or in connection with the elections under this Act.(2)Any person who is guilty of an electoral offence as aforesaid shall be punishable in the same manner as is provided for in the said Act.
