Section 4(1) in Chhattisgarh Rice Custom Milling Order, 2016
(1)Every rice miller shall submit the application in the District Food Office for registration of mill in each Kharif Marketing Season. The Rice Mill shall be registered in the District Food Office after physical verification by an officer appointed by the Collector.
