4. Functions of Molasses Board. - The Molasses Board shall -
(a)advise the State Government on matters concerning the grading and marketing of molasses, the prices at which molasses are to be sold and generally on their allocation for distilleries and other purposes, and(b)perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
