(2)With the preliminary electoral roll or extract therefrom, as the case may be, the Election Officer shall publish a notice in Form II specifying the mode in which and the time within which claims and objections are to be preferred and date on which the place at which he will begin to sit for their disposal. The date fixed for the sitting shall not be less than ten days from the date of publication of the notice.
