141. Deposit of rent in court during pendency of suit
A tenant who is used for a portion of the rent of a holding under the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 211 may deposit the whole of the rent of such holding in the court before which the suit is pending and such deposit shall subject to any orders, passed in appeal, be disposed of in accordance with the orders of such court.
