Section 241 in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
241. Discharging sewage.
- No person shall without the permission of the Commissioner case or knowingly or negligently allow the contents of any sink, cesspool or any other offensive matter to flow, drain or be put upon any street or public place, or into any irrigation channel or any drain not set apart for the purpose.
