- No person shall -(i)provide false or misleading information or declaration in any application made or statement submitted under these rules; or(ii)falsify, erase or fraudulently alter any entry in any log book, document or other record required to be kept or maintained under these rules; or(iii)change or alter any licence, or other documents issued under these rules.
