The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to forthwith sponsor the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of 'Village Assistant' and to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview to be held on 05.09.2014.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that, as the writ petitioner is already overaged, her name cannot be sponsored for appointment to the post of Village Assistant.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to rebut the said contention raised by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the writ petitioner is overaged.
4.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
