ORDER
The Registry has put up a note indicating that as per the circular issued by this court bearing No. 609 dated 12.10.2015, all the cases filed against the order/ orders passed by a retired High court Judge as Head/ Member of the Commission or Forum is/ are required to be listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench. In the instant case the order impugned has been passed by Ombudsman, a retired Judge of this Court, appointed by a Division Bench of this Court.
I have considered the matter in the light of note of the Registry, I am of the view that this petition needs to be listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench for the reason that the order impugned in this petition has been passed by the Ombudsman, appointed by the Division Bench of this Court, as also that he happens to be a retired judge of this Court.
Registry to list this matter, tomorrow i.e. 18.12.2019, accordingly, as prayed for.
