36A. [ Protection for acts done in good faith. [Inserted by Section 17 of the S.A.L.C. & R.(Amd.) Act No. 2 of 1978 (w.e.f. 22.6.78).] - No suit or prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or the State Government for anything done or purported to have been done in good faith or in pursuance of this Act or any rule framed or order passed under this Act.]
