Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called as the 'Andhra Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017'.(2)It shall extend to the whole State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
