F 2(1)/93-Law/Sece.9(126)/Tpt/95/1699365 dated 04-06-1999.] The protective head gear which a person is required to wear under section 129 of the Act, shall be of I.S.I specification and in good condition. It shall be securely fastened to the head by means of strips and other fastenings, provided on the head gear.(2)[ It shall be optional for woman whether riding on pillion or driving on a motor cycle to wear a protective headgear.] [Inserted vide notification no.
