Section 17(1) in Gujarat Lokayukta Aayog Act, 2013
(1)The Lokayukta Aayog shall present, in such form as may be prescribed by the State Government in consultation with the Lokayukta Aayog, annually a consolidated report of the performance of its functions under this Act to the Governor, and the Governor shall, on receipt of such report, cause a copy thereof together with an explanatory memorandum to be laid before the State Legislature.
