(2)The [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957).] may prescribe, as penalties for the contravention of any rules made under this section, imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or find which may extend to [twenty five thousand rupees] [Substituted 'five hundred rupees' by Act No. 15 of 2013, dated 9.4.2013.] or both.
