Section 112 in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
112. Removal of the Liquidator.
- When the Liquidator has been removed under section 79 he shall on such removal hand over all the property and documents relating to the society ordered to be wound up to such person as the Registrar may direct.
