Section 5(c) in The West Bengal Factories (Exemption) Rules, 1982
(c)no worker shall be employed on such work for more than -(i)ten consecutive days without a holiday for a whole day;(ii)fifteen hours on any one day;(iii)thirty nine hours during any three consecutive days; or(iv)sixty-six hours during each period of seven consecutive days; and
