Section 1 in The U.P. Settlement of Licence for Retail Vend of Bhang (Minimum Guaranteed Quantity) Rules, 1990
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Settlement of Licence for Retail Vend of Bhang (Minimum Guaranteed Quantity) Rules, 1990.(2)They shall come into force at once.(3)These rules shall apply for determining consideration on the basis of minimum guaranteed quantity for the grant of licence for exclusive privilege of retail vend of Bhang under Section 24 of the Act.
