Section 83 in Jammu and Kashmir Chit Funds Act, 2016

83. Officers to be public servants.

- The Registrar and all officers appointed by the Government to perform any function under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Ranbir Penal Code, Samvat 1989.
