(a)Except in respect of exemption under clause (a) of sub-section (2) the restrictions imposed under Section 64 (4) shall apply to all exemptions granted under this rule :-(i)the total number of hours of works in any day shall not exceed 10 (ten) inclusive of overtime;(ii)the spreadover, inclusive of intervals for the rest, shall not exceed twelve hours in any one day :
