Section 25(2) in The Maharashtra Infrastructure Development Enabling Authority Act, 2018
(2)The Authority shall make the regulations for the following purposes,-(a)the procedure to be followed by the Authority;(b)provide the standard forms of agreements and documents;(c)direction to be issued to the concerned Government Authority or Government Agency or Local Authority;(d)any other matters as may be prescribed.
