Section 16(1) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(1)(i)The Board may constitute such Committees and for such purpose or purposes as it may think fit.(ii)While constituting the Committee the Board may nominate one of its members to be the Chairman of the Committee.
