Section 11(1) in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
(1)The Chairman of the Committee or the convener of a sub-committee may at any time, call a meeting of the Committee or a sub-committee.Provided that the Chairman or the Convener, as the case may be, shall call a .meeting if a requisition for that purpose is presented to him by at least three members in the case of the Committee and two members in the case of a sub-committee.
