26. Annual Report.
(1)The annual report of the Institute shall be prepared under the directions of the Director and shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the Institute towards the fulfillment of its objectives and for realigning the Institute in accordance with the overall directions and general policies set by the General Council.(2)The annual report so prepared shall, after the approval of the Board of Governors, be submitted to the Chancellor by such date as may be prescribed.(3)A copy of the annual report, as prepared under sub-section (1), shall also be submitted to the Government which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
