Section 123(1) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(1)The Board and the Authority shall carry out such directions as may be issued to them, from time to time, by the Government for the efficient a administration of this Act and the Authority shall also carry out such directions as may be issued, from time to time, by the Board for the purpose.
