Section 32(x) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Power Market) Regulations, 2010
(x)The National Load Despatch Centre /Regional Load despatch Centres may take appropriate decisions in the interest of System Operation. Such decisions shall be taken under intimation to the Commission.
