Section 11 in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
11. Authorities University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Governing Council,(ii)the Executive Council,(iii)the Academic and Research Council,(iv)the Finance Committee, and(v)such other authorities as may be declared by the regulations to be the authorities of the University.
