Section 21(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952
(1)as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, appoint a date for the resumption of any class of jagir lands and different dates may be appointed for different classes of jagir lands.
