(2)The Secretary or an office-bearer of the trade union, on whom a notice has been served under sub-rule (1), thereupon furnish the required information to the Statistics Authority or to the person nominated by him within seven days of the receipt of the said notice either in writing or in person, if so permitted by the Statistics Authority.
