Section 54 in Visvesvaraya Technological University Act, 1994
54. Act to prevail over other enactments.
- This Act and any Statute or Regulation or Ordinance made under this Act shall in respect of any college in the University Area have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other enactment with respect to matters enumerated in List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
