Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Auction of sand in the water courses vesting in Gram Panchayat) Rules, 2000
(1)The notification shall disclose the dates during which tender forms can be obtained in Gram Panchayat Office and its cost and the time upto which filled in Schedule will be accepted. The Schedules can be accepted upto 2(two) hours prior to the time fixed for conduct of public auction.
