Section 81(2) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955
(2)All rules made under this section shall be published in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now, the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] and on such publication, shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
