Section 507(1) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(1)A judicial officer of the rank of Sub-Judge appointed by the Government in this behalf, shall, during the period for which the Special Officer is appointed under sub-section (1) of section 506 exercise and perform all or any of the powers and functions of the Taxation Appeals Committee.
