4A. Refund of duty paid in excess, etc. -
The distributor of electrical energy oi the producer shall, with the prior approval of the Inspector, refund or make adjustments for electricity duty collected wrongly from a consumer or paid in excess by him. [The application for refund/adjustment shall be made in Form A.]
