Section 10(1) in The Maharashtra Tax on the Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2002
(1)The power to make rules under this Act shall be exercisable by the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, subject to the condition of previous publication of such rules:Provided that, when the rules are being made for the first time, the same may be made, dispensing with the condition of previous publication.
