Section 63B(3) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (2) the Chief Inspector having regard to the nature of the work carried on in a factory may, by an order in writing, extend the provisions of sub-rule (I) to any factory or class or description of factories, if, in his opinion, it is expedient to do so.
