24. Staff, Accommodation and other Facilities of Regulatory Commission.
(a)the Regulatory Commission shall appoint on deputation or otherwise such number of officers and other employees as may be necessary for the purpose of enabling it to efficiently discharge its functions under the Act.(b)For its officers and employees, the Regulatory Commission shall taken decision and accordingly acquire accommodation, equipments and other facilities as it may consider necessary.
