Section 1 in Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995.(2)They shall come into-force from the date2 appointed by the State Government in this behalf.
