Section 52(2) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Chief Administrator or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules or orders made thereunder.
