Section 1 in National Law University Delhi Act, 2007
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the National Law [University, Delhi] [Substituted by Delhi Act 7 of 2009, Section 3 published in Delhi Gazette on 22.6.2009 (w.e.f. 22.6.2009).] Act, 2007.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
