Section 28(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)The progress report under the Scheme shall be sent to the Member-Secretary by the Collectors and other Heads of Departments before the 7th of every month. He, in turn, shall send the consolidated monthly progress report to the Government before the 12th of every month.
