As per direction by the Court, Ms.Shikha Parnami on behalf of Mr.S.N.Kumawat, Additional Advocate General put in appearance and accepted notice. It is admitted by the parties that matter is covered by the earlier judgment.
It is stated that during pendency of the writ petition, the RPSC issued a letter dated 27.04.2011. It is provided therein that all the candidates, who appeared for examination of 2006 conducted by Jivaji University, Gwalior but their result was kept in abeyance in view of the Special Leave Petition (for short the SLP) before the Hon'ble Apex Court would be eligible for consideration for selection, as the SLP has been decided with a direction to treat results of the candidates from retrospective date. The similarly placed candidates have already been treated eligible for selection. The prayer is to give same treatment to the petitioners for their appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.III, if they find place in the merit, with consequential benefits.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since an order dated 27.04.2011 has been issued by the respondents recently and if direction is given by the Hon'ble Apex Court, case of petitioners would be considered in the light of the order dated 27.04.2011 and if any similarly placed candidate has been extended benefit of appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.III, petitioners' candidature would also be considered.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, issue raised in the present matter is ordered to be considered by the RPSC in the light of the order dated 27.04.2011, which is quoted hereunder for ready reference:

In the light of the order of the RPSC, as quoted above, case of the petitioners may also be considered by the respondents and if their case is found at par with those, who were extended benefit of order dated 27.04.2011, it is expected that petitioners' candidature would not only be considered but if they find place in merit, will further be extended consequential benefits of appointment.
Necessary exercise in that regard may be undertaken by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
