87. Filling of casual vacancy.
- In the event of death or resignation or disqualification or removal of any Member of the Board or any vacancy arising otherwise before the expiry of his term of office, a casual vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred in such office and such vacancy shall be filled, as soon as may be, by nomination by the Government. The person nominated shall hold such office so for the un-expired term of his predecessor.
