Section 6(2)(b) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Rules, 1968

(b)Sufficient number of latrines, urinals and baths for the people attending the fair shall be provided but the location of such latrines, urinals and baths shall take into consideration the topography of the area. Public latrines and urinals shall not be located within a distance of 100 yards from the residential area or wells.
