2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming limited relief to the extent that the Collector be directed to decide the proposal (page no. 13) for issuing no objection certificate.
3. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
4. In case, the proposal seeking no objection certificate for installation of Biodiesel Pump (page no. 13) is pending with 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 24/03/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 24/03/2021 21:50:24 ::: 2 76-wp 5013-2021.odt respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
