Section 15 in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
15.
A permanent officer shall be required to give three months notice in case he desires to be relieved from service or he shall pay to the University three month's salary in lieu of such notice, unless otherwise directed by the Committed.
